Last run of the year! Everyone is welcome and pace is open for all.
With the changing in weather conditions I do recommend layers and we plan on doing 3-4 miles meeting at 1030 x
Meeting at tower gate entrance in Sutton Coldfield, this is a social run open for all ability levels.
Running or trail shoes can be used with a mixture of trails, pavement and park paths.
Everyone is welcome and no one gets left behind.
There’s also a coffee shop after for some snacks, all are welcome x
