WE LOVE Thursdays! We are finishing the day together at 18:30 at the Volksgarten (by the pond) 🙃 Well warmed up, we then start the 7-8km distance. No need to worry: we always adjust the speed to the level and the daily condition of the GRU. Super fast GRU: Pace 05:30 Fast GRU: Pace 06:30 No one will be left behind 🥰 🚗 Parking: free parking is available at the ice hockey stadium for 90 min. We are looking forward to run together with you 🐦♥️
