New date is Sat, Feb 8th. 🏒✨ Hockey Hunnies: Learn, Play, and Slay on the Rink! ✨🏒 About We’re teaming up with Mar Vista Hockey League for our first-ever Hockey Hunnies event—a day of fun, skills, and friendly competition! Whether you’re new to the game or ready to brush up on basics, this is your chance to hit the rink, learn, and have fun. Details When: Sunday, January 26 | 2 - 5 pm Where: Mar Vista Roller Hockey Rink RSVP on Heylo Schedule - Stick Handling Basics: Master control and keep your eyes on the prize. - Passing & Receiving: Learn to pass with precision and receive with control. - Shooting Technique: Practice forehand and wrist shots. - Scrimmage: Put your new skills to the test in a friendly game. There will also be games throughout the event! More Info - No prior hockey experience required & all levels are welcome. - Bring your own and plan to wear protective gear: Elbow and knee pads, wrist guards and helmets. Bring water / something to stay hydrated, too. - Sticks and pucks provided by MVHL. - Inline skates recommended; quad skaters with strong maneuverability are welcome too. - All skaters should have strong forwards, backwards, and stopping skills. - Please arrive on time. - Mar Vista Hockey Rink has a small parking lot and plenty of street parking. ✨ See you there! ✨
