Are you a runner recovering from an injury, facing training setbacks or simply curious about how to train smarter and get ahead of future injuries? Join Dr. Marc Jacobchick and Dr. Lena Placzek for an engaging and informative running-focused workshop at Reload Physical Therapy and Fitness. Here, they will be talking about key considerations on developing your training program and explaining essential concepts all runners should understand. Bring clothes to move around in, athletic shoes and questions for our Q&A!
Who Should Attend:
1. Anyone who has experienced injury or setbacks with running or training for a race
2. Anyone who is curious in learning more about running and limiting future injuries
*Note: This event is a focused, small workshop. Only registrants marked as “Going” may attend. Due to limited space, please only mark yourself as “Going” if you intend to attend. If you discover you can’t attend, un-RSVP to give another member of our community a chance to go.*
