In honor of our 11th birthday, we’re throwing it back with workouts on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday…just like the good old days!
Join us on Monday 3/3 at Morningside Park to crush some stairs for breakfast!
Bringing free fitness and plenty of sweaty high-fives! Everyone is welcome —from seasoned athletes to newbies—regardless of age, fitness level, background or identity. Our workouts take place rain or shine (#weatherproof!), are always modifiable, and usually come with a side of shenanigans :)
