This class will focus on improving joint stability and mobility as well as tendon strength to prevent injury. Class will include a brief warm-up followed by a resistance and brief polymeric portion before ending with a cool down. Classes will build on each other from week to week and month to month with the goal of peaking for NYC and BK half marathons. Workouts will be shared after each class. Athletes will benefit most from program by aiming to complete workout one other time on their own in a 7-day period. Please arrive 10-15 min early
