Don’t be deterred by the name! We call it “Tempo/Steady Pace” because Thursdays are a great day to incorporate quality sessions where you are practicing running in those uncomfortable pace zones to build your strength as runners as well as “find your comfort in the uncomfortable”.
These types of quality runs are sure to make you a stronger runner!
