About
Harlem Run was founded in 2013 by Alison Mariella Désir with a simple idea: provide Black and brown folks an opportunity to access the transformative power of movement. Over the years, Harlem Run has grown to be a globally recognized organization that's inspired thousands of people to access healthier and more equitable lives. Harlem Run aims to create a brave space where all can show up as their full, authentic selves. Harlem Run does not tolerate racism, sexism, transphobia, homophobia, or hate speech of any kind. Harlem Run will always center the experiences of Black and brown people while inviting all to attend. We call this “The Harlem Run Way”. THE DETAILS 1.
