We will start after parkrun, and go out into Mytchett Woods, which includes a few hills, views across the ranges, and then back along the Basingstoke canal. We will end back at the café where there are hot and cold drinks, food and ice cream if it's a hot day. Unless there has been heavy rain, road shoes should be fine. There is loads of free parking at Frimley Lodge park. Why not join for the parkrun there first to add a 5k before? Trail or road shoes are fine for this run!
