Calling all book-loving moms! Join us for a relaxed, kid-friendly book club where you can enjoy great conversations, make new friends, and let the kids play while we talk books.
When: September 3
Where: The Playhouse – Mesa
Cost: $8 + processing fee per child (includes play admission + provided snack)
We’re excited to partner with QC Coffee Club, so Jenelle will be there serving coffee, matcha, and even non-caffeinated drinks for our littlest book club members.
A few things to know:
📖 This is a book club designed for moms. Bring the kids, let them enjoy the playspace, and spend the morning connecting with other moms who love to read.
❤️ No pressure to finish the book. We know what life with little kids looks like. If you only read a chapter, or didn’t get to start at all, we still want you there. This is about building community just as much as discussing books.
📚 We’ll decide together how to choose our books. We might vote each month, rotate who picks, draw names, read the same title, or even have everyone share whatever they’re currently reading. We’ll figure out what works best as a group!
👶 We’re working on adding a play monitor to help keep little hands busy so we can actually finish a conversation. Parents are still responsible for their children at all times, and if your little one needs a diaper change, comfort, or anything beyond what our helper can assist with, you’ll need to step in. We’re all moms here so we completely understand!
Whether you’re an avid reader, trying to get back into reading, or just looking for a reason to enjoy a cup of coffee and meet other moms, we’d love to have you join us.
Registration is required, and spots are limited. We can’t wait to read, chat, sip, and build a community of moms who know that sometimes the best part of book club is the people.📚☕
