Who’s ready to explore a new trail with Unity Steps? This Saturday, we’re heading to Sal’s Branch Trail in Umstead State Park for a morning of movement, fresh air, and community! 🌳🌞

📍 8801 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh, NC 27617
🕘 Meet at 9:00 AM
🚶🏾♀️ We step off promptly at 9:10 AM
🚗 Parking: Park at the Crabtree Creek Visitor Center. The trailhead is located behind the Visitor Center, and we’ll meet there before we begin our walk. (North Carolina State Parks)
👟 Approximately 3 miles
🧡 All fitness levels welcome
🌳 Shaded natural trail with beautiful lake views
✨ Positive vibes and an amazing community
💧 Don’t forget to bring:
✔️ Water
✔️ Comfortable walking shoes
✔️ Bug spray (recommended)
✔️ A friend!
