New York Flyers! Join us for an interactive Run Form Clinic featuring professional gait analysis powered by RunDNA—designed to help you run smoother, stronger, and with less risk of injury.
This hands‑on session blends guided warm‑ups, free mobile running form analysis, and an optional group run, all structured to keep everyone moving and engaged while each runner gets individualized attention.
Guided Warm‑Up
We’ll kick things off together with a dynamic warm‑up led by our coaching team to prep your body for efficient movement.
RunDNA Mobile Gait Analysis
RunDNA uses high‑speed video capture and biomechanical assessment to break down your running form and identify opportunities for improvement. Each participant receives a personalized review and actionable insights.
Two‑Group Flow
To keep the clinic smooth and engaging, runners will be split into two groups of ~30:
Group A is filmed first (10–15 minutes total), then heads out for the group run.
Group B runs first, then returns for filming.
While one group is running, the other receives form feedback—ensuring everyone stays active and involved.
🛋️ Not Running? No Problem.
If you prefer not to run, you’re welcome to stay in the classroom—hang out, watch form breakdowns, ask questions, and learn from the coaching team.
