This run will take in the beautiful trails of Richmond Park. Suitable for beginners, the 5k distance is slightly undulating but generally flat. There may one or two run challenges thrown in to engage participants. After the session there will be the opportunity to meet for coffee and cake. With the changeable weather, make sure you're dressed appropriately. Normal road trainers are fine, but trail shoes are better. Make sure you bring water, and also to make you aware there is no bag drop so travel light.
