For those that may not be familiar with the term, Ploggin’ is a mix of jogging (or walking) while picking up trash along the way. It’s simple, hands-on, and real.
This is the first step in how we show up. Not just to run, but to respect where we’re running. We’re keeping it small, intentional, and built to last.
🧤 We’ll have bags and supplies — bring gloves if you’ve got them.
