We are a group of local friends who gather year round. We mostly kayak and hike. But all members can post events here and invite new members to join. Our events are always free. If you want to create an event and need to charge money for any reason (if you are buying tickets or something and need to be reimbursed), that needs to be outside of this app. Please be scam ready: Never pay for, or give money to anyone, via the MCL Heylo app.

This group does involve a certain level of gatekeeping in order to make sure the group remains safe and enjoyable for all. Membership requirements are: you must be local; you must intend on being an active participant in our activies; you must bring the fun and friendship. If you are coming here to: stalk an ex, hit on our members or joining 'just to join' but then never show up, you may find that your profile is deleted. If that happens, you are free to try again later if and when things change.
