Adrenaline Track Club: One Year Anniversary

We’re Adrenaline Running Club — a friendly, all-levels running community that trains together, celebrates together, and shows up for one another. We run track sessions (Track Tuesday at Arcadia High), community runs and walks (Wednesday evenings at Monrovia Library Park), and early-morning long runs (Saturday Long Beach Marathon training). Expect coached workouts, paced groups, potlucks, charity drives, and race-day prep — all delivered with energy, encouragement, and a little bit of spicy fun. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️💪🏅

Beyond the miles, we’re a support network. We host yoga and sound-bath recovery evenings, organize community drives (recently collecting baby & children’s supplies for families in need), and celebrate life moments together — sendoffs, milestones, and local meetups. Come as you are, bring hydration and a smile, and you’ll find leaders, coaches, and running friends who will cheer you on every step of the way. 💙❤️🫶
