We build the tools so leaders can focus on what matters: bringing people together. No technical expertise needed, no stitching together a dozen apps. Just one platform designed from the ground up for community.
How we got here
Co-founders Eric Winters and Brandon Pearcy met at Google, where they both discovered a passion for community building outside of work. Eric helped start a running group in San Francisco; Brandon played in beach volleyball leagues up and down the coast.
They saw firsthand how hard it was for group leaders to manage events, communicate with members, and keep a community organized. So they built Heylo, the all-in-one platform that gives every leader superpowers.

Eric Winters
Co-Founder and CEO
Eric spent 5 years at Google in strategy and investing before co-founding Heylo. He has attended roughly 1,000 group events around the world, giving him a hands-on understanding of what community leaders and members need.
Brandon Pearcy
Co-Founder and CTO
Brandon brings over 10 years of technical leadership from Google, where he worked on Maps and YouTube. An avid beach volleyball player and outdoor enthusiast, he channels that community-first energy into building the Heylo platform.
